Finding creative solutions to problems and interacting with people is something I have always enjoyed. YearUp has given me the opportunity to meld these two into a fulfilling start to a career.As part of YearUp's Project Management track, I learned time management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills for solving today’s complex problems. During the Learning & Development Phase, I engaged in event planning, oral presentations, team-based projects, and a rigorous course curriculum. I was also fortunate enough to be elected class Chairman by my honorable colleagues. With the completion of this phase of the program, I received a Business Management Certificate from Atlanta State Metropolitan College.Now as an intern with the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, I Circulate through business units, including Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlanta United and PGA Tour Superstores to learn, support and shadow sales, ticketing, marketing, communication, and retail business functions
