Leader of Informed International's M&E consultancy work. Building upon the team’s experience in over 20 countries throughout Africa and Asia, Informed helps organizations translate rigorous data into action, enabling improved effectiveness toward achievement of organizational and project objectives.

Developed the monitoring and evaluation approach for World Vision International's early childhood development and basic education programming. This included carrying out impact evaluations of early grade reading and global health programs in 16 countries.

Responsible for analyzing rural clinic records and reporting for grants.

Evaluated the accuracy of the hospital's maternal mortality surveillance system for a rural population/catchment area of 30,000. Led qualitative and quantitative survey design, data analysis, and result dissemination. Trained and managed a team of 4 local research assistance in data collection. Assisted Nkhoma in translating the results of the evaluation into action, improving the surveillance system through clarified ICD codes and establishing a system for data quality assurance.

Led backpacking, camping, canoeing, and kayaking trips for children and youth throughout the Great Lakes region.
