Sales Engineer
Current> As a pre-sales engineer in Greater China, mainly responsible for pre-sales support of the Pulse Secure product line.> Product PoC solution design and implementation planning for Best-Case customers.> Track key cases of major customers, coordinate partners and support department resources to handle them in a timely manner.> Liaise closely with the headquarters to obtain the latest product developments and share the latest product solutions with potential customers.> Summarize the weaknesses of Pulse Secure products and solutions, and provide feedback to the PLM team to promote product and solution iterations.> Continuously evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of competitors’ products and generate Battle Cards to help sales win projects.> Regularly train partner engineers on Pulse Secure product solutions and new technologies.> Regularly write and maintain Success Cases and Use Cases and share them with the sales and marketing department.
