I am project lead of Holmes platform, an Intelligent Cloud Operations Platform which facilitates essential diagnostic operations such as log collection and complex analysis against massive data and log from multiple M365 workloads compliantly. The platform is designed to provide intelligent data analysis and assistance with concrete data and AI/Copilot recommendations to hundreds of Microsoft365 OnCall Engineers.Responsibilities:* Designed the entire system, infra, deployment, monitoring, security strengthen and compliance adoption.* Led cross-site teams with 8 engineers including Redmond/Atlanta in USA and Dublin in Ireland to contribute more features to Holmes platform, collaborated with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, communicated with stakeholders for feature scoping, project scheduling and resource coordination.Achievements:* The designed multi-region services and primary-standby storage architecture deliver a 99.99% annual SLA, ensuring high availability and reliability.* REST API valid success rate reached 98.97%* Designed and delivered the Near Real-Time Log Collector, a dedicated feature that supported 4 major workloads (Exchange Online, Outlook, Azure, and Teams) and served 10 component teams.
