Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions Manage all aspects of the finance function including corporate banking, employee payroll, increments and bonuses, raising timely invoices to clients, process employee expenses plus vendor payments and file VAT returns Build robust Credit Control process to maintain healthy bank balances and internal escalation matrix to liase with clients with overdue payments Undertake preparation of all financial reports, including profit and loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow Assisting in the preparation of budgets and management activities Liaise with external auditor to finalise annual accounts Identify, investigate and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related matters Being a key point of contact for internal departments / teams on financial and accounting matters Supporting the Finance Director and Senior management with projects and tasks as and when required Participate in rolling our internal projects by performing end user testing with the prime objective to promote efficiencies at work Show less
