Employee Grievance handling, Employee Engagement activity. Handling plant level and corporate level Administration.

Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. Managing payroll of 5 Group Companies of 3200 Manpower. Statutory Compliance PF, ESIC, PT and medical cover formalities.

Was taking care as Regional HR for west region and was handling Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Engagement.

Was HR Incharge and was looking after preparing of HR policy, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Engagement Activity, Payroll & Statutory Compliance.

During tenure of 8 yrs started with Payroll process and then was taking care of Recruitment, IR issues, Compliance, HR Operations work.
