•Sourcing:-Develop purchase forecast based on sales forecast to place orders to the factory.Ensure proper forecasting technique is implemented for planning optimum flow of goods to 3PL warehouse from supplier and review forecast in weekly meetings. Support supplier in utilization of overstocked spare parts & components focusing on productivity, quality & efficiency of operations. •Logistics:-Evaluate import and export expenses such as customs clearance charges, storage charges, freight charges & port charges. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are cleared timely without any delay. Document daily replenishment deliveries to local market and shipments to MEA region to update inventory. Negotiate prices and terms with freight forwarders. •Finance:-Monitor timely receipt of customer payments and overdues.•Inventory:-Examine the level of stock to determine shortages or surplus stock. Prepare and submit monthly reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments. Conduct cycle counts of stock on monthly and yearly basis to ensure accuracy of stock physically.Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce slow moving & dead stocks. Minimize shortages, damages and keep costs down.•Customer service:-Provide solution for defective or damaged products and packages by providing spare parts or packages as per company policy. Organize returns to supplier on epidemic problems. Ensure the products are as per technical standards of concerned country of destination of client. Assist distributors in getting in-country inspection of goods as per the compliance regulatory authorities in association with product department.•IT support:-Assisting in implementation of ERP (SAP), MS office 365. Support IT team in computer related issues and purchase of IT products. Conduct interviews for new employees and provide them training in SCM activities. Evaluation of skills and work on improvement in respective areas.

•Controlled entire store operation, preparing SKU roaster, staff duty roaster, reconciliation of daily sales cash,100% implementation of planogram.•Responsible for conducting monthly stock, daily count of PIHV stock, posting of TO/TI/GRN & returns to vendor, supervising offloading & loading of delivery trucks from DC, & preparing list of near expiry items for mark down pricing (as per FEFO terms).•Send purchase order, maintaining MBQ level, ensuring check-in of stock, reporting discrepancy during arrival, dump management (D/E), maintaining all administration registers, and replenishing store.•Run SOD & EOD, generating daily & monthly sales report and other miscellaneous reports, staff recruitment & training.•Periodic surprise cash check and reconciliation of daily sales cash.
