I am leading the project management operations for MEP, with my role encompassing various crucial areas such as monitoring project budgets and schedules, performance management, project implementation and completion. To ensure effective execution of project operations, I establish strong coordination with the design team across all areas of design (guidance, technical support, and managerial outlook). Also, I ensure strict compliance towards technical aspects, the contract specifications and BOQ. In my role, my accountabilities extend towards project administrative role which includes reporting of budget, project variance, disputes, schedules, and safety. I ensure that H&S requirements are fulfilled and complied with for regulatory purposes. On the other hand, I analyze project drawings and specifications for project planning and scheduling, prepare program master schedule and perform critical path analysis. I also hold liability towards planning activities, including interfaces and risks analysis.

• Review MEP contractor shop drawing prior to submittal for service co-ordination and co-ordination with other construction elements. • To advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural changes and raise Query to MEP Manager& Consultant.• Review material/equipment’s technical submittals for specification compliance. • Review of method statement with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning. • Provide leadership, organisational support skills and promote teamwork to achieve the target.• Regular site visits to ensure the execution of work at site is as per the approved shop drawings and within the agreed project program.• Review the materials proposed by the design consultants and propose alternatives to improve the quality, maintenance, safety and cost effectiveness.• Preparing the daily and weekly program and progress report.• Attend all weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays.• To liaise with MEP Manager on matter seeking advice/requiring assistance. • To assist internally QS and Planning department for update MEP system progress.• Hand on Testing & Commissioning of MEP Services.• Ensure effective coordination with project consultant, contractor, operations team, facility maintenance and other departments for resolving site related issues.

Dubai Real Estate Centre ( DREC ).Total connected load : 5.6 MWResponsibilities:  Preparing detailed shop drawings & technical material submittals with respect to the project and developing the details as per site conditions and specifications and taking consultant approval. Attending the meeting related to site progress,material approval,technical & variation with the main contractor /consultant.  Review the materials proposed by the DESIGN CONSULTANT and propose alternatives to improve the quality, future maintenance, safety and cost effectiveness. Prepare the BOQ’s from contract drawings ,change requests and variations for the approval of Client. Provide leadership, organisational support skills and promote teamwork to achieve the target. Regular site visits to ensure the execution of work at site is as per the approved/revision of drawings. Preparing the daily and weekly program and progress report. Preparing the monthly material request for the reservation of materials and running bills. Generate Inspection Requests after the work is executed correctly and arrange Consultants final inspection for approval. Co-ordinate with structural/architectural/local authorities for electrical requirements. Coordinating the process of testing and commissioning of various systems for final approval from the local authorities and consultant. Preparing As-Built drawings and taking their approvals from the consultant.

Responsibilities:  Creates Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural shop drawings and as built drawings on AutoCAD. Creates Load schedules and Single Line diagram. Updates drawings with design and electrical engineering changes.  Support the design team on drafting and coordinates with site engineers as per site requirements. Submit documents to DEWA and assist Project manager for Inspection.  Prepares BOQ’s, Quotations, and monthly progress and accounts statements. Generates documents to consultants/subcontractors for site progress, updates and payments. Forward subcontractor/suppliers packages for pricing and evaluation before placement of order. Negotiate with subcontractor /suppliers and prepare Subcontract agreement/LPO. Visits site periodically, communicating with Project managers regarding progress/ variations.  Ensure all work is submitted to the document controller for filing & distributed appropriately.
