I created a nonprofit organization to assist in educating students internationally. Thus far, I have sent 10+ students to schools in South Africa and Malawi whose education varies between primary to university level by providing scholarships through fundraising initiatives that cover school and uniform fees.

I co-taught beginners oral and reading English to students between the ages of 2 and 6 years old while assessing individual language ability and implementing a bilingual learning environment. I also developed a varied teaching style to accommodate multiple learning abilities and utilized discipline strategies that positively reinforced students' learning.

I co-taught an intermediate classroom teaching oral and written English to students aged 2 to 14 years old to improve students' reading, oral and written proficiency in the english language. The opportunity gave me the knowledge to teach using verbal and nonverbal communication skills while facilitating a well-organized bilingual classroom that focused on initiatives such as, classroom success and achieving individual students needs.

I developed and implemented lesson plans for second and fourth grade students with high-functioning autism, speech impediments, dyslexia and other physical and learning disabilities. Also, I assessed each student's individual needs and abilities to organize specific activities and goals to meet and challenge their learning capabilities. I achieved a 25% improvement in students' reading and math exam scores.

I created and implemented lessons plans focused on delivering basic Engineering concepts to students between the ages of 5 and 16. I opted for interactive and hands-on teaching strategy to develop students' understanding in science, math, and technology lessons.
