Global Staffing Leader
CurrentManage staffing delivery via RPO model for three strategic business units; high volume recruiting (100-200 jobs per month); Implement disciplined management operating system for monitoring/assessing staffing performance against SLAs and driving hiring manager accountability. Develop/implement best practices/processes and standardized work across account to maximize recruiting effectiveness and delivery. Partner with RPO to increase recruiter accountability/performance. Results oriented leader with business focus. Develop and implement integrated strategic recruitment solutions in three separate and diverse products businesses, in all functional disciplines, in 60+ North America locations. Oversee temporary labor program and partner with vendor to ensure effective and timely delivery of services. 400-600 temps predominantly ISC/manufacturing roles. Implement creative solutions for attracting temporary labor, building talent pipelines, reducing turnover/overtime spend/TTF. Serve as consultant to both senior and mid-level business leaders and HR Business partners in a CoE/matrix model, to identify, prioritize, and execute staffing strategies and delivery methods. Vital player in acquisitions as it relates to staffing activities. Develop detailed action plans to integrate acquired companies into Honeywell’s standard staffing practices/processes/culture.
