Jill is an Assurance Partner in our Houston Private Company Services practice with more than 28 years of experience. She has served a wide variety of public and private companies, including services, financial services and manufacturing entities, many of which are focused in the oil field services industry. Jill has assisted her clients with acquisition transactions as well as capital raising efforts and therefore has an appreciation for the issues that companies that are growing or making acquisitions face. She has also served several clients throughout their IPO process as well as following their IPO. She has significant experience with internal controls analysis and Sarbanes-Oxley.In addition, Jill has several years of experience serving clients who follow IFRS. She has transitioned her international clients from following US GAAP to IFRS and also has significant experience reporting on a recurring basis on IFRS for several clients. Since her primary audit responsibilities are to private mid-sized companies, she has a broad and deep understanding for issues that are faced by these companies.Jill is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants ("TSCPA") and the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston and is a member of the board of trustees of Annunciation Orthodox School.
