The BISM Systems Manager within GDO is responsible for leading small to medium sized clinical systems projects. This could include managing a medium sized systems such as IVRS or ePRO or managing a suite of smaller applications such as ClearTrials and Grant Manager.. The Systems Manager will be the system content expert for PMST in the development and delivery of applicable end user training. Training delivery may be required if expertise not available in PMST as well as providing end user support on assigned systems. - Work with the BISM Senior Systems Manager(s) or Global Head of Systems Management in the development of systems specific strategy and goals.- Provide project management for assigned clinical system projects including responsibility for all phases of the project.- Provide system support in partnership with IGD and other business functions where appropriate.- Ensure appropriate system reporting capabilities and outputs in partnership with the information management sub function of BISM and IGD.- Content expert for assigned systems and partners with PMST in the development and delivery of system training material.
