Customer Success is at the heart of what every company does. Key elements I'm involved in include:- Working with every customer to make sure they understand the problems we solve. We focus on providing organizational structures that help companies deliver better products with less effort. We're happy to provide insights for every business, but we want to make sure we're the right fit for customers.- Designing programs that are clear and simple to follow. Concepts don't help if you don't know how to apply them to your business.- Following up to make sure businesses are getting the value they need. We have built our business with the goal of at least providing 5x any fees we charge and I want to make sure every business is getting that value.

It was a happy accident that we were able to bring our first exchange student into our home back in 2018, and from the moment I started working with international students, I've loved it.As an international student coordinator, I work with Highschool students from around the world to find them families to stay with, help them adjust to a new culture, provide support in adjusting to their new families and life here in the US, and am the primary resource for any issues they or their families deal with during their stay here. I've worked with hundreds of students from all over the world, and have hosted a number with my own family. It's an incredible opportunity for students to learn about American culture and for American families to be able to have an international experience from the comfort of their own home.Their are two kinds of international students, differentiated by the type of visa they receive. J1 students don't get to choose their location or family, their family has to cover all of their living expenses while they are here, and the government covers the cost of their schooling. F1 students, which is what Educatius works exclusively with, pay a slightly higher fee, but they get to choose what school they attend, their families receive a small stipend to cover their living expenses, and they pay for their tuition directly to the school. This program is much easier for families who want to host a student but are worried about the extra expenses. While most families are set up with students in the early spring, there are students who have emergency moves through out the year for a variety of different reasons (usually host family situational changes). I coordinate students in the Gilbert AZ area, but Educatius hosts students all over the US.
