My job as a Customer Business Manager is to independently manage our CVS, Medline, McKesson and Kroger accounts. These accounts make up over $40M in revenue sales. In order to stay relevant as a best in class business manager, I engage with retailers to provide fact-based insights that will help drive business through valid recommendations. Tools that I utilize for data include Nielsen Core, CVS ExtraCare, Excel, and Kantar reporting.I have also been certified through Delta Associates in their fact-based selling program. Furthermore, my account management responsibilities have also enabled me to achieve experience in Brand Managment. I have worked with teams at CVS and Kroger to enhance sales of their private label brands by building brand equity through cross marketing and other consumer events. I have aspirations to continue my endeavors in Brand Management, Sales, or Consumer Marketing while utilizing my analytical ability to give me a unique skill set in these fields.
