▪ Take responsibility for sourcing categories of Telecommunication / Information Service / IT Professional Service / Core Infrastructure / Hardware / Software / Banking Operation and Financial Service etc.▪ Research and understand latest market trend for responsible categories.▪ Closely cooperate with different functional teams to work out purchase plan and strategy.▪ Lead sourcing projects and proceed online/offline RFx. Complete data and cost analysis afterwards.▪ Lead price negotiation with vendors.▪ Meet business purchase requirements and achieve saving target.▪ Work with legal and business teams to finish contract draft and negotiation.▪ Maintain and manage vendor relationship with related risk control.▪ Teamwork with regional sourcing and support some regional projects such as vendor rationalization.

▪ Analyze backlog data and allocate Supply and Demand across OEM to meet monthly / quarterly billing target for 3 regions.▪ Collaborate with WW / regional planning team to prioritize and maximize FG call-off and deliver Apple’s products to customers at right time with right cost.▪ Monitor OEM pack out performance and coordinate with Logistics and Operation teams to ensure OEM shipment to achieve target.▪ Provide program support and make routine allocation decisions to ensure OCT especially to meet online quotes and achievement of revenue goals.▪ Work closely with Business Process team, drive Business Intelligence and Global Capital projects to facilitate and execute forecasting plans efficiently / accurately / automatically. Prioritize and facilitate testing and rollout of SAP improvements.▪ Assist with day to day troubleshooting of execution issues with SDE teams and IS&T.▪ Drive NPI preparation as required, including new product launch execution related strategy (e.g.: how iPhone quote is set up and executed globally based on supply). Participant in post-mortem and work together with team to identify improvement areas.

▪ Well know RMA operation process, familiar with SAP and order creation. Monitor and enhance team performance, revisit target quarterly.▪ Balance workload and set team internal rotation for team members.▪ Monitor and control defective parts inventory in month end to support planning team forecast accuracy.▪ Set standard escalation path with cross-functional teams to solve issues encountered in time.▪ Optimize CID process with different category to achieve cost saving.▪ Set regular review with vendors to reduce the RMA open PO overdue rate with 40% in 2013.▪ Improve warranty status check with suppliers and standard scrap process to ensure credit gains.▪ Participate in the RMA Workflow Tool project and launch successful production to automate partial manual work and improve the data analysis efficiency.▪ Support the SVG project to turn the RMA process from free flow to demand planning model.
