I am responsible for the marketing, coordination, and execution of our various film education programs for adult, teen, and elementary school audiences. I also assist our Program Director with additional programming initiatives.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of successful retail fine art gallery, including payment processing, sales schedule management, and art displays.- Executive Assistant to Gallery Director, responsible for coordinating appointment schedule, organizing and selecting artwork based on client requirements, anticipating director needs.- Coordinate inter-gallery processes, including the transfer of artwork and completed client framing, client inquiries, and inventory tracking. - Acts as a point of contact for clients, including answering questions, supporting in-home appointments and providing a seamless customer service experience. - Planning and executing special events (artist shows, warehouse sales, Philadelphia Design Home) such as managing the installation of artwork, scheduling the order of events, and driving efficiency of resources and time.

- Led creation of internal and client-facing training manuals and implemented communication plan for major product transition project.- Coordinated internal and client meeting schedules and meeting minutes for 100 constituents.- Partnered with Product Manager and Technical Lead to clearly document enhancements made to product on a yearly basis. Tasked with reviewing and updating all internal product documentation as well as client-facing marketing collateral, user guides and fact sheets to reflect enhancements.- Managed product transition for 15 clients concurrently, acting as liaison between the client and various teams at American Express.

- Contributed copy to six award-winning promotional products trade publications.- Conceived and developed ideas for product showcase and lifestyle articles with minimal supervision.- Coordinated product sample delivery requests, carefully tracking materials and managing costs.- Interacted and corresponded with industry executives in a professional manner.
