Partner with HRIS, leading the design and implementation of HRIS/Workday and continuous standardization and optimization.Establish the People Services employee support model; focused on digital access for users, automation and self service enhancementsImplement compliancy controls adhering to local labor laws.Develop reporting and analytics to identify opportunity and measure success through SLAs, KPIsEffectively manage vendor relationshipsPartner with our People COEs; own the operational infrastructure; driving functional excellence; ensuring global processes are documented, standardized and adopted.Own and maintain People Policies.
