Responsibilities:-The service centers total cost of ownership per service-The cost recovery methodology (usage based charge back, allocation & allocation method)-The service’s unit of consumption and its cost with services portfolio, asset management, configuration management, and capacity planning, aligns cost modeling and charge back with the services catalog-Provides reporting and analysis on service center’s charge back reporting-Designs standard summary, detail, and analysis reporting for customers and IT management-In partnership with capacity planning, determines trends, thresholds, and escalation actions for provisioning -Reviews guidance to service owner organizations on cost efficiency and industry benchmarks-Recommends service and process changes to Service Center management based on analysis of costs, benchmarks, and process evaluation.-Reviews time accounting, vendor invoices, contracts, P&L reports to ensure accuracy and compliance-Reviews CMDB, Asset, and time accounting to ensure completeness of data, relational metadata (users, organization, related service, ownership, currency, EOL, etc.) -Works with service operations to monitor automation of processes, data loads, and online reporting
