Responsible for design and delivery of all phases of training, developed and delivered based on the varied needs of the organization. This includes but is not limited to strategic planning, project management, leadership and staff development, sales training, consulting, and performance coaching.

Managed a team of trainers and all phases of product and sales training for pharmaceutical representatives nationwide on a central nervous system product for Parkinson's Disease and Restless Legs Syndrome. Primary responsibility was to drive the success of the brand through a high-impact, patient-focused training program. Related responsibilities and success factors included (but is not limited to) career development for each of my team members, results-based coaching and feedback, developing and delivering training content, working in a cross-matrix environment of stakeholders and brand management, strategic planning, and budget management. Additional department responsibilities included performance coaching, core team member of Women's Leadership Initiative, and multiple project teams.

Specialty sales force for central nervous system products used to treat epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, bipolar disorder, and depression. Primary responsibilities include driving sales in the promotion of above-mentioned products, planning and organizing educational and promotional events, maintaining cutting-edge level of knowledge of disease states specified, managing a budget, executing brand deliverables, andcoaching, managing, and developing physician specialists as champions and speakers.
