Manage all credit aspect of several sales locations. Duties include Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit limit decisions and Acct. Reconciliations. I handled several multi-million dollar accounts. I have close interaction with my customer's accounts payable and sales teams; along with gathering information from Almo's internal sales force in order to keep accounts receivables current. Work to resolved disputed items such as shipping cost issues and price discrepancies. Reconcile deductions for performance award programs.

While at Teledyne I worked as the A/P manager and as Human Resource clerk at the same time. Splitting my day between both functions. My accounts payable duties included matching purchase orders, receiving reports and invoices. Pulling the invoices to be paid and running weekly check run. My Human Resource duties included assisting employess complete necessary paperwork. Bring in temporary staff. Day to day administrative work for the HR manager.
