Experience spanning over 25 years in strategic, governance and operational leadership in the community services sector. Currently serving on AADANT Board as a Skills based Director.Experience ranges from working in remote areas with Aboriginal communities and corporations, to metropolitan services with a broad range of stakeholders in NSW and the Northern Territory, while managing programs engaged in the delivery of services specific to First Nations peoples, their families and other community groups. My strengths are apparent in the development of innovative new programs while mentoring teams to focus on trauma informed, inclusive practice.
