They have responded to the nation's most horrific tragedies. From the Ghost Fire to the Sonoma Fires, to one of ATF's largest busts, Operation Cold Day to the Las Vegas shooting, my team have been champions for law enforcement always showing great valor and allegiance. I believe good leadership is about developing people and building relationships. I am blessed to be part of such an extraordinary group of men and women. They make me a better leader each and every day.As a 30-year law enforcement professional, I have a broad background in Federal, State and Local Law Operations. I ensure proper preparation and implementation of sound strategies and agency policies to sensitive and high-risk situations. I currently hold Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.As one who is always up for a new challenge and constantly forward-looking, I favor innovation and development and thrive on bringing the avant-garde to the table.
