Being passionate and experienced in the realm of community development, I played a significant role in the Community Engagement and Capacity Building working group and wrote the strategic plan for community engagement within the Darebin LGA.Whilst working in a very time pressured environment I consistently met or exceeded my KPIs of plan submissions and trained new LACs in all aspects of their work, most notably how to best utilise their time whilst not compromising on the quality of participant outcomes. Managing a client load of up to 50 clients at any given time, I would work proactively with both the client and prospective employers to find them ongoing, permanent employment.
