Globally experienced in the Travel sector, I've lived and worked in both the US and UK managing customer facing software related to travel. With over 25 years in the travel industry, I have worn many hats doing customer and internal training, product analyst, and global product management. My training back ground focused on both internal Sales and Support staff as well as Customer training. As part of my product management time, I've conducted user / focus groups globally to gather the needs of our customers to ensure delivery of the best products. I have travelled the globe to spend time with internal and external customers to get the best input and feedback for what is needed. I understand the cross cultural needs and bring this into my day to day work effort. I love time with customers exploring what they need as well as watching the changes in the industry to find where we are headed as an industry. It's an exciting time in Travel!
