Jill functioned in two capacities as the Manager of Organization Development. She served as an internal OD consultant and coach, while maintaining process ownership for AP's senior talent succession and development.In her OD capacity, she assisted leaders with their individual and team development. Most of her experience was in the pharmaceutical industry, where she had the opportunity to work on three mergers. During these mergers, she did everything from job and organization design and staffing to communications and event planning.
