Hired as host and promoted to server with in weeks due to positive attitude and motivated drive. In addition to providing a stellar guest experience I was tasked with the training and assessment of new hires, trusted with and responsible for restaurant opening duties as well as key holding responsibilities.

Hired as brand representative, promoted at Assistant Manager then to Co Manager acting alongside the General Manager. As Co Manager, I was tasked with oversight of the Assistant Manager and accountable for all human resource activities, analyzing sales trends, budget management, staff scheduling, completing management reports and attending all meetings. Additionally responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training qualified staff members as well as planning, scheduling and overseeing floor-sets and updates.
