Prestige Sales Managers are responsible for delivering top-line sales growth and exceptional guest service within the prestige category, including high-end beauty including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. I oversee all aspects of the prestige business, including sales, service, operational excellence, and external brand partnerships.

The Lancôme Boutique manager represents the company at the Ulta store beauty counter. As a Boutique Manager, I share my time and knowledge, creating a unique brand experience for every woman, empowering her by listening and teaching her something new about our Lancôme Beauty products and how to use them to best benefit her. I posses a passion for beauty, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a drive for sales achievement with integrity. Lancôme has trained me in makeup artistry, skincare and fragrance consultations. I have been employed by one of the retailer partners on behalf of Lancôme.

As a Sephora Product Consultant, I engaged clients to ensure sales, profit, and client service objectives are met. I would seek out clients and do whatever I could to ensure they have an amazing experience through great service, targeted selling, and product application. I would listen, help, and make them want to come back. I also participated in a fun learning environment, with coaching from my managers and outside Sephora educational leads. I worked with my cast members to maintain a beautiful environment for my clients to shop.

As a freelance artist, I was able to combine my creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which helped educate and delight my clients. I got to work as part of a high performance team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieved the Smashbox high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against the competitors.

As a Cosmetic Beauty Advisor, I assisted customers with make-up and skin care selections through personal, one-on-one interaction and the sharing of my cosmetic knowledge and expertise. Follow up after the sale enabling me to build lasting customer relationships and help to achieve my personal and team selling and productivity goals.
