As the Credit Manager I am responsible for overseeing a team of 6 analysts. My day to day duties include reviewing the analyst's work to ensure accuracy and sound recommendations, and evaluating new loan submissions for completeness and protective structuring. Ongoing projects include developing department wide and one on one training across all levels of analysis (from the basics to advanced analysis), documenting procedures and best practices, and working with senior management to compile special reports (including ALLL).

As portfolio manager for the Central NH C&I team, I work with a team of three high-volume lenders with an aggregate portfolio in excess of $100 million in exposure (including syndicated credits). My primary objective is to keep the portfolio properly maintained, performing annual and quarterly reviews, monitoring credit lines and reconciling those that are formula-based. I provide support to my lenders as an underwriter for new customers when needed. I am a point of contact that is available to existing customers, and may assist in identifying cross selling opportunities.In this position, I primarily work with Loan Vantage (designated "Super User") and Salesforce.

As a senior analyst, I was responsible for analyzing large, complex credits for both for new money and annual reviews, training junior analysts, and performing periodic reporting duties quarterly and monthly. Additionally, I participated in the compilation of special reports, including industry and portfolio stratification reports and ALLL calculations. While working as the primary trainer, I had compiled and documented a comprehensive training system for new junior analysts. I was also the primary credit analyst for municipalities financing requests (cities and counties, mainly).

Originated consumer loans and mortgages, as well as managed relationships with local business that were enrolled in the dealer financing plan for their customers. During the course of employment, passed state exam to become certified to sell credit-based insurances (i.e. credit-life, credit-disability and auto club).
