As a Project Coordinator Intern, my main responsibility was to serve as a trusted resource for Project Coordinators and Project Managers. In addition to working closely in Microsoft Excel and Word everyday, I gained knowledge of and experience in systems such as Cornerstone and Work Order Management.

I provided service as a receptionist and assistant to the leasing agents at the West Roxbury office. In my position, I responded to customers to set up appointments for prospects as well as informing and advertising the companies policies, prices and tools that current and future residents had access to while living in Ridgecrest Village Apartments. In doing so, I developed key communication and problem solving strategies that I hope to bring to any future employer.

I enhanced my collaboration and teamwork skills in this role as I worked on a team of at least 15 chefs, waitresses, and bartenders every night. I excelled in the high pressure environment, being able to organize and maintain a steady flow of satisfied customers. Additionally, my communication and organizational skills were useful assets in this position; furthermore, I had to communicate well with customers and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure the gratification of every individual.

Successfully communicated with customers in a friendly and helpful demeanor in order to maximize their shopping experience. Additionally, I utilized both the cash register and other store technology to check out satisfied customers.
