Hello, I am Jillian Bruegging, senior economics major at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I plan to graduate in May 2025 via the traditional Bachelor of Science in Economics route from the Haslam College of Business. My most valuable strength would be my work ethic and my dedication to doing things right. In my current job at CRC Insurances Services, I took classes and acquired my property and casualty Insurance license in order to make sure I really knew the business and how to do my job efficiently and accurately. My second most valuable strength would be my communication skills, particularly professional communication. I write hundreds of emails a day in my current position and these emails achieve their purpose efficiently due to my precise, discerning, and respectful communication skills.I hope to graduate in Spring of 2025, and post grad I will be staying on at CRC Insurance Services full time as a Broker Assistant and pursue a career as a high-risk property broker. I hope to join CRC's fast-track to broker program where I will be observing brokers in their everyday roles until I open a book of business of my own. I would like to develop my knowledge and skills to the point where I am able to move around to different parts of the world and upgrade my experience in the insurance industry to masterful levels. My ultimate goal is to do my job to the best of my ability while maintaining productive relationships along the way.
