My main area of focus is banking litigation. I have extensive experience representing local and national commercial lenders in commercial foreclosures and other special asset litigation. I also represent secured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy actions. In addition, I have extensive experience representing court-appointed receivers in commercial foreclosure, eviction, and building/zoning litigation.Another area of my practice is devoted to helping clients victimized by failed digital transformations and software implementations. I have successfully litigated cases and resolved disputes involving some of the world's largest software and technology vendors.

I focus my practice on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation and insurance coverage litigation. I have extensive experience representing businesses, banks, insurance companies, and individuals in a wide array of complex commercial litigation, including contract actions, commercial mortgage foreclosures, business torts, and employment claims in state and federal courts, as well as NASD arbitrations.

Defend state agencies against claims of age, sex and race discrimination.
