The Well-B Innovation Center is the innovation team of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.Crafted low and high-fidelity wireframes to collaborate with external partners and improve member experiences. Developed design brief and competitive analysis to facilitate pilot implementation for a virtual healthcare experience.

The J&J Design Studio was the internal design team of Johnson & Johnson.Developed an in-user strategy for a proprietary campaign to be implemented globally. Interviewed nine external partners to benchmark user engagement tactics; created campaign naming convention; iterated brand wordmarks, patterns, and illustration styles; streamlined patient research; and defined design and experience principles.Presented end-to-end solution to internal and external stakeholders. This consumer-centric solution became key within the media strategy for the leading OTC allergy medication brand in the U.S.
