As a Sr. PM at the Veterans Benefits Administration Solutions Delivery Center of Excellence (VBA CoE) I work with groups from all across VA to rapidly define, design and implement technical solutions that support a variety both internal and Veteran-facing business needs.

As the technical QA and Accessibility Specialist on VA.gov's Content, Accessibility, and Information Architecture (CAIA) team, I focused on accessibility testing and remediation, accessibility-ops, training, and strategy for teams across OCTO, and VES, including VA's Veteran-facing Chatbot team.

Technical Writer for the TIS Eligibility & Enrollment team, a team focused on generative research. Beyond my duties as a technical writer, I acted as an Accessibility and Equity SME, and provided product strategy and research analysis to help inform the portfolio strategy for VA's VES. Helped to establish a data and quantitative analysis framework used to identify and support data around Veteran Unmet Needs, and assist with Eligibility as a Service.All while remaining keenly focused on service design as a means for achieving more accessible outcomes.

Bridge-PM for VES Modernization UI/UX teamHelped to establish a variety of processes for this hybrid team of UI/UX designers, accessibility specialists, and researchers working in a large ecosystem with many development teams.

PM for VA PTEMS Shared Support, specializing in QA and Accessibility.Helped to establish and maintain a number of processes and systems to support accessibility-ops and QA across OCTO at VA.

Performed a variety of QA planning and testing tasks for iOS, Android and the supporting RESTful API.

Worked with a diverse group of clients in the high-performance sporting vertical to research, design, and build a variety of products for web and mobile. I was responsible for and trusted to work with clients collaboratively to define clear requirements to meet business need. I would then work to refine these requirements into designs, helping to implement and test the final product.
