My responsibilities include but are not limited to personal lines sales and service. On a normal day I review policies with clients to ensure that they are properly insured, I sell new personal lines policies to new clients, I round accounts for existing clients, and answer questions in regards to coverages and different options that are available. We get to work with great companies such as Erie,Travelers, Grange, Progressive and many more!

I started out in 2011 as a customer Service Rep. During this time I was responsible for general policy and billing questions, running billing audits, marketing mailers and taking basic claim information. I passed my P&C Exam in July of 2013 at which point I became a licensed Sales Representative for Allstate. I sold personal lines products and quickly became the Commercial Lines Specialist for the office. During my time at Allstate I not only had the opportunity to sell and provide Customer Service, I also had the pleasure of training new hires in billing, billing audits, and inspections. In 2017 I relocated to a new Allstate office that was a second location for an existing Allstate Agent. During my time at this office I was responsible for all of the same responsibilities as well as remittance at the end of the day. I really enjoyed my time at Allstate and gained a prodigious amount of knowledge which sparked my passion for insurance.

Child care counselor at the National Hospital in Orefield for children with mental/behavioral issues. Their ages ranged from 3 to 18 and I was responsible for a select number of children each shift where I would put together a care plan for them. I worked closely with an RN, certified teachers and Psychiatrists each shift to provide the patients with a care plan that fit their needs.

I worked at the Learning Locomotion while going to College at ESU full time. I spent most of my time with the Older Toddler group where I was an assistant teacher and my last year and a half was spent as the lead teacher for the School Aged program. During the school year I would prepare weekly educational plans for the children upon their arrival after school. During the summer months I planned weekly activities for the children which involved team building activities, field trips and interactive learning opportunities. During my time at the Learning Locomotion I built strong professional relationships with my co-workers. I also the pleasure of building many lasting relationships with children and their families.
