Implemented team policies and procedures on how to deliver exceptional customer service with both the leasing and maintenance team.-Executed a $20k community landscape upgrade. Process included identifying problem areas, collecting and countering bids with vendors, and supervising scope of work.-Maintained a 100% occupancy percentage, and 99.23% pre-leased percentage while increasing market rents on all floor plans.
