That's where my experience in E-commerce, Product, and Marketing lends itself as they are all dependencies. It combines key deliverables to engage and inspire a customer to promote your business or product. Whether your product or service serves a "buying" customer, or an internal user, we need to be aware of what creates that memorable experience that keeps people returning and positive.I have been diverse in my roles, so that's how I have had the privilege of supporting those 3 very different functions named above. I have a great interest in learning new things and growing as it’s vital to keep up with the market, the environment, to evolve with consumer behavior. Starting from a once "brick and mortar" environment in retail, to now digital experience. Early on, I knew I had a passion to grow a business, and thrive on delivering results.My leadership style is less cookie cutter and tailors custom to the individual and their needs which fosters more inspiration and meaningful working relationships. On a personal level, I love home decor and DIY. My house is my current project, although I'm running out of things to "touch." I love crafting, painting, and re-vamping furniture, and improving my home. I watch a lot of "Real Estate" and "House Flipping" shows, and can give you a lot of tips on what not to do, based on my experiences ;) I'm a direct, and passionate person, (I'm Italian)...and encourage you to reach out!
