In this role, my focus was to support a team of 12 sales reps to strategically drive business in each of their territories. • Over $1.5M in closed won revenue since hired in June 2014.• Created over $3M in pipeline for team focusing on converting Deltek Clients to Costpoint. (Over 100 opportunities)• Trained and ramped up 6 new hires into the SDR role.• Promoted to Senior SDR due to success in role and assistance with onboarding new team members.
