Sunriver Police and Fire Foundation was established in 2023 as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation for three primary purposes: to engage business leaders in community policing and fire safety; to provide extra-budgetary support for innovative, emerging needs; and to sustain public safety gains in a time of diminishing resources. Our all-volunteer, independent board of directors has a fiduciary responsibility for grants and gifts the foundation receives, and the financial transactions are a matter of public record.The Foundation is dedicated to supporting Sunriver’s first responders through advancing training, technology, equipment, community engagement and wellness, thereby enhancing the overall welfare of Sunriver’s citizens and visitors.
