As a co-founder of Unique Potential, I helped middle and high school students navigate their academic and career paths with personalized solutions. My work extended to educators and families as well, designing materials such as workbooks, discussion guides, and career counseling resources. My role at Unique Potential was multifaceted - not only did I keep up with the latest theories and practices in career development, but I also monitored trends, engaged in relevant discussions, and applied this knowledge to create innovative solutions. In this role I was able to make a significant impact on students' career growth in this role. One of my key achievements was designing materials that were successfully scaled across campus, allowing more students to benefit from them. I also developed a Grab and Go curriculum for first-year seminar faculty, which proved to be incredibly helpful in guiding students toward their career goals. Through collaboration with colleagues from various departments, I conducted a comprehensive 360-degree review that enabled students to reflect on their career development steps and plan their next moves effectively.

I recruited professional hosts and led a strategic learning team to implement this program's logistics and developmental needs for college freshmen and sophomores.
