Jill began her career at DDI where she worked with clients in areas including competency analyses, recruiting and selection processes, assessments, behavioral interviewing, performance management, customer service, and leadership training. She then worked at Harvard University as an internal consultant/trainer where she led the training and change management initiatives associated with their Oracle implementation. Jill then joined Monster.com where she was the Director of Organizational Development and Training. In this role she provided coaching/consulting to Monster leaders and departments worldwide, and led a team of trainers. She then re-located back home to Ohio with her husband and two boys. Jill worked as an adjunct consultant/career coach for Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) and a recruiter for MacAulay-Brown (defense contractor), before taking a role as an organizational development consultant and leadership coach at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Jill later moved to the credit union industry (talent development leader) and was an adjunct professor at Wright State University's Raj Soin College of Business (2017-2019), where she taught a course called Positive Organizational Development.
