Working with schools to provide instructional coaching for teachers and leadership coaching for admins and future admins.

With the tremendous stress involved with academic leadership, it is no wonder that school leaders lose sleep,; feel a lack of support from board, parents, and donors; and worry over future sustainability for their schools. Due to these issues, many school leaders even experience problems in family and marital relations. At Jill White Consulting, we provide coaching, consulting, and training opportunities in seven key areas which build school sustainability so leaders can thrive while they lead their school to grow and flourish for the present as well as the future.

Consultant to founding board for a year and a half prior to the school opening its doors, I also served as the founding Head of School until I could hire and mentor an approved candidate for the position. I was privileged to guide the board and fledgling faculty in the exciting beginning months of the school. Providence Hall is now a thriving school which is in the midst of changing its name to The Academy of Classical Christian Studies in Edmond, OK.

Partnering with Mid-America Nazarene University, I spent the summers of 2001-2002 as a trainer with the National Institute for Learning Development coaching and instructing teachers who were training to become educational therapists.

Worked in one-on-one setting with students who had been diagnosed with learning disabilities. Administered testing and interpreted data to determine growth in student achievement. NILD is a proven program for these students because their individual needs are addressed in order for the student to overcome them and be successful in the classroom and in life.
