Previously scheme coordinator for EQA in toxicology as well as blood gases.- Coordinator for internal audits and supplier audits.- Previously quality coordinator with responsibility for nonconformity reports.- Member of quality development group.- Member of report development group.The roll of scheme coordinator means leading the development of EQA schemes. The roll also means leading the work with participant conferences. The scheme coordinator is the primary contact for customers but also for expert groups and suppliers. The roll is very extensive and means working in the entire process, from pilot development to operation of recurring schemes but also from planning surveys to preparing sample material and finally summary of results.As coordinator of internal audits and supplier audits I do the general and long term planning and delegation to the auditors. I also do the follow up of found nonconformities and summarize for the management review. As quality coordinator I was previously responsible for handling nonconformity reports and summarize for the management review.Beyond the normal duties I have had the privilege to do other things, e.g. presenting at Röntgenveckan (annual radiology conference), co-authoring a poster presented at EuroEcho-Imaging and being an invited lecturer at the Biomedical Laboratory Science programme at the Karolinska Institute (KI).
