Responsibilities include customer service, mail runs, box runs, processing overnights and accountables, stocking paper for all floors, tracking packages, delivering rush duplicating jobs, overnights and checks; moving skids, metering and special mail, work in shipping (shipping out regional mail, post office runs, and van runs), training new employees, worked overtime in the Mail Processing Center and Imaging in their critical time of need. • Assured that our Mail Processing Center got thousands of benefit statements out to many different clients before our contractual deadlines in our busiest time.• Worked late hours in Imaging after my normal shift to get documents scanned for clients in time for daily deadline.• Validated and quality checked overnight deliveries to regional and international offices to ensure they get to the client on time.
