In this role I worked across both internal operational and external enterprise applications to understand, analyse, design and resolve issues - often with over 100 tickets open at any one time. I managed and prioritised multiple critical business issues with customers sometimes under duress, always providing an attentive service and management of expectations effectively.I authored multiple documents including ‘how to’ docs to ensure easy recovery of all new technical solutions.

Operating between business stakeholders and development teams, I ensured the design and delivery of features, functions and developments in line with business requirements. I provided crucial expertise on two major projects: the design and development of a new corporate website and new call centre application managing over 1m enquiries a year.

After initially providing support to local IT systems, I was swiftly promoted to providing BA support to the European Headquarters and across all European countries.
