I collaborated with the CEO and CFO as a member of the pension plan investment committee and served as the director and officer for over 30 foreign and domestic entities. I oversaw bank credit and private placement shelf facilities while reviewing and certifying quarterly covenant calculations. I presented hedging strategies and foreign exchange results to executive leaders and the board of directors. I implemented a notional pooling structure with an Irish financing affiliate. I executed the successful negotiation of private placement borrowing shelf facilities with 2 insurance companies. Some of my proudest accomplishments at MSA Worldwide were:1. Negotiating a $250M syndicated term loan to facilitate the divestiture of an affiliate with significant tort liabilities.2.
