Remained as on-site, after construction, as their only Security Director; working with the corporate office from the Galleria Mgmt Offices (20th floor).Developing all policies and procedures for security staff, as well as all Fire Safety Systems for Imperial Bank "High Rise" tenants. Monitored retail and commercial tenants, acting as Chief Investigator and Expert Witness for all liability issue.

Solicited to join the redevelopment team for the 72 acre (super regional mall) Northridge Fahsion Center (NFC), after the 1994 N.R. Remained as the on-site Security Director after 18 month construction project establishing all policies & procedures for “Customer First” security program.
