Jim Dougherty Email and Phone Number

Born at Clarke Air Force Base, the Philippines, Jim grew up in the Philadelphia area graduating from Hatboro-Horsham High School in Horsham PA. While attending Temple University in Philadelphia, Jim started his career with UPS in January 1992. He started in the outbound package operations sorting and loading trailers during the Willow Grove Hub Twilight sort. He received employee of the month recognition before being promoted to Hub Supervisor in November 1992. After graduating from Temple University with a BA degree majoring in Political Science, Jim was promoted from UPS operations to the UPS sales team. After several promotions and new responsibilities, Jim achieved The Chairman's Silver Sales Excellence Award two years in a row 2017 & 2018. He accepted a promotion to Director of Enterprise International Accounts in May 2022. He enjoys working and traveling to major UPS customers. Outside of UPS, Jim has been married to his wife Beth for 21 years and has a son Jack and a daughter Olivia. Jim likes to travel. He toured Europe in 1999 with trips to the Caribbean and Canada. He enjoys United States History where he is past President of a Pennsylvania Historical Site called Graeme Park. His membership in the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia has given Jim the opportunity to have dinner with Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and past President of Ireland Mary Brown. He looks forward to expanding his career with UPS.
