Director of Operations over the US Department of Education Contract, in NY. Responsible for approx. 200 FTE plus multiple sub-contractors

• For the ’04 contract, I was in charge of starting up the entire Columbus project. I staffed up to 100 collectors in a two month period and recruited my 5 start up managers. • Managed the dialer optimization to ensure we were penetrating the business successfully. For the first year of the contract, 80% of my collectors were on the dialer. I had to maintain the inventory and strategic planning to ensure not only penetration but optimal contract rate. • Achieved bonus for 6 consecutive quarters. Bonused a total of 8 quarters out of 16 for the four year contract. Earning the company more than $2M in additional revenue. • Responsible for running a tight ship with over 80 collectors and up to 10 managers.• Consistently met company expectations of hitting more than $11M in Rehabilitation Setups on average per month for my center alone. Averaged cash collections of over $400k per month. • The President/CEO only gives out 6 iQor Campion Awards out of 11,000 employees per year. I was awarded this honor for my 2008 performance on the ED Contract.

Responsible for the start up of Citi Bank 3rd party recovery on iQor's new operating system. Responsible for staffing up the agents for this new product. On average we had 22 agents and 2 managers. Achieving 1st place ranking within 5 months of the startup. February and March 2010 ranked 1st place out of 5 agencies. Rolled out and utilized the new operating system. Columbus was acting as the Beta site for this brand new operating system. Accountable for not only monitoring the new operating systems but also maintaining compliance factors and FDCPA compliance. Successfully passing 2 on-site audits.

In charge of the start up of GE Consumer Finance / Business Revolving Charge - 3rd party recoveries in Columbus. Responsible for staffing up the agents for these new products. Between June 09' and December 09' I grew the client from 20 to 100 FTE and developed 6 managers. Achieved consistent best in class performance between August and November 2009. Resulting in a 400% increase market share for the company, going from 3 portfolios to 13 portfolios. Responsible for achieving additional bonuses on the CE and DMM. Mentoring several managers to put them in high visibility positions for possible promotions within the company. Responsible for monitoring client expectations on the work gaps between accounts. Managed both a manual and dialer teams to ensure productivity. While working closely with the Philippines' center which handled different GE portfolios.
