Crowd control at the Rose Bowl, Los Angeles Colosseum, the Hollywood Bowl, and many other locations for concerts, sporting events and television shows. Ensure secure areas remain secure, escort athletes and performers to and from stage or field, sweep the entire facility before and after each event. I worked along side LA police, LA County Sheriff's dept, Pasadena Police department and the FBI.

Ensure all aircraft and restricted are secure from unauthorized personnel. Land and unload baggage from planes. Make visual observations for any damage to the aircraft. Provide assistance to passengers as needed. Clean entire cabin of aircraft that are parked for the night.Monitor various support equipment used to maintain aircraft safety and operations systems.Training to deice planes previous to departure.Additional responsibilities will include interaction with customers at the ticket counter and boarding gate in addition to handling baggage claim issues.

I am/was facility head. As the sole employee, I'm responsible for virtually every task involved with managing a facility, and completing virtually every activity relative to postal sales and services. Ordering stamp stock, sales, maintenance, shoveling the snow, cleaning the entire facility, addressing complaints, missing mail, customer safety. building sales and distribution of mail. All financial accountability falls to me.

Administer Postage Payment Agreements with large, national mailers, conduct staffing and scheduling audits of Post Offices throughout the entire state of Iowa. Conduct both internal and external seminars explaining new or pending changes. In addition I conducted training for smaller mailers, providing instruction for bulk mail preparations.Gather and analyze mail data from the entire state, identifying trends, losses or gains. Potential offices to check for staffing and scheduling audits.Review and audit refund requests, investigate cause for excessive requests for exceptions to rules, refund requests or requests for additional staff.

Review envelope and mail piece designs submitted by mass mailers to qualify for discount postage rates.Many times I redesigned the entire envelope/postcard to enhance the customer's desired message while improving compatibility with postal automation sorting.Redesign included positioning elements and changing or advising changing color schemes.
