FCI is a family-owned and operated business, and instead of custom homes, we are now focusing on doing small jobs again, such as additions, custom woodworking, kitchen and bath remodels, home repairs, solar and micro hydro installations, rainwater harvesting, ornamental welding, etc. - we're here if you need us! Jim and his son Kris, who grew up in the business and has become an integral part of it, have many years of experience in all phases of construction and building science.Jim and Kris do the majority of the work on each project themselves, and we also work with our long time partner sub contractors that are needed, thereby ensuring the quality and attention to detail that FCI has become known for. We are fully committed to pursuing perfection in each job that we do. We are skilled and we have over 45 years of hands on experience working in construction and woodworking -we've done it all. The Peace Education Program (PEP) was developed by the Prem Rawat Foundation several years ago and was first offered in a Texas prison. Since then, it has grown to over 80 countries worldwide and has helped countless people in all settings. It's aim is to help us discover the inner resources and inner peace we already have inside us but may have lost touch with.
