I have worked with some of the most powerful brands in the world and have gained a deep appreciation and understanding of the needs of customers and how to translate them into world class products and services, making the brands what they are.In the earlier part of my career, I designed, developed and launched parts up to full motorcycles gaining exposure to multiple processes and have used world class product development methodologies, CI, and quality systems. My technical knowledge gives me a unique ability to solve problems looking from many angles and create unique solutions to customer needs.I am a proven leader of people who has built and led high performing teams in both product management and product development. Face to face communication and collaboration and the empowerment of people have provided me the best results. I have had the opportunity to lead in direct management and cross-functional matrix roles.On a personal note, I believe in volunteering and making the most of my community. Whether it is coaching a team of kids, helping my church, or raising funds for the less fortunate, I have done it all.
